About the club
Sports Club Ayaro (S.C. Ayaro) is a grassroots sports-for-development club based in Ayaro, Chiga, Kisumu County. The club uses football to nurture young talent while promoting education, youth empowerment, girls’ empowerment, health, mentorship, life skills, gender equality and community development. S.C. Ayaro provides opportunities for boys and girls to participate in sport, develop their abilities and build confidence and leadership skills. Through partnerships and community initiatives, the club also supports vulnerable young people and promotes positive social change. Its vision is to use sport as a powerful tool for transforming lives and building a stronger community.
